Solar thermal energy converts solar energy into heat
Local and district heating networks are an important key to the increasing integration of renewable energies in the heating sector. In solar thermal energy, collectors filled with liquid capture the sun's light and convert it into heat. This can then be used to heat water or for heating.
Solar heating networks are eligible for subsidies and are currently being expanded. Since no fuel costs are incurred for their operation, solar thermal plants offer a high degree of long-term cost security (source: Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft e.V.).
In 2022, we added solar thermal plants to our product portfolio
After 25 years of experience in the CHP sector, more and more in complex plant construction, in 2022, we decided to expand our product range and included solar thermal plants. We offer them individually or in combination with other technologies such as combined heat and power plants, heat pumps, buffer storage tanks, etc. In the course of the project we take care of the complete project coordination and turnkey plant construction. The use of solar thermal plants in connection with innovative combined heat and power (CHP) ist promising and future-oriented.
