With the installation of the 3 MW power-to-heat (PtH) plant, we have reached a significant milestone in the Stadtwerke Giessen innovative CHP project PowerLahn. The PtH plant is a central component of the iKWK system. The overall system also includes two combined heat and power (CHP) plants as well as three river water heat pumps.
