Our external quality audit in September 2013 has been finished successfully and the DQS has granted us the certificate once again. For the first time all SES locations have been evaluated. This audit was focussed on our service area. Due to its strong growth this area had been affected by the most structural changes in the recent months.
Already implemented and planned measures for service improvement were assessed as positive by the auditor.
